Very good place to book. Neatly designed, the owner has made share to provide even the most basic necessities like chargers. She has done an amazing job of keeping this property neat and tidy. The place has different rooms by bird names. Ours was the Hummingbird and it was a very comfortable experience for me and my wife. Nice places to eat nearby at a walkable distance.

Have been staying here for the last 6 years whenever I come to Grand Marais. Each room is unique and comfortable. The location is ideal, just a block off the main drag, so it's easily accessible while also quiet. Love all the strives towards sustainability the inn has been making!
Absolutely incredible! We cannot recommend highly enough. We travelled through on a tour of northern Minnesota. We stayed 3 nights in the Feather Nest and it was fabulous. It was great to have a kitchen and plenty of room to hang out. The location is great as it is just a short walk to the harbor area.
Just the cutest, most thoughtfully decorated space to rest in Grand Marais. Super close to it all, comfy, and spacious. Loved this little cabin
I stayed in Loons Nest with my friend after a week in the BWCA and it was perfect! It's like a small apartment. Everything is updated and felt homey. I love the eco minded products and extra touches-- like the tooth brushes, access to fans, light and dark towels, soaps etc. I would definitely stay here again and told 3 other friends about the location. Great price and love supporting a small business!
Great service, I cannot recommend them enough. Very cute and clean with more of an AirBnB feel. We enjoyed all of the local touches. Having a full fridge and little kitchen setup is always a nice bonus. If it was warmer we could have walked to Voyageur Brewery and Java Moose
Jourdan's Feather Nest Inn is just a joy to stay at. The apartments are cute and cozy, and so well appointed and comfortable. Everything is done with the environment in mind, and Jourdan is very transparent and open about her choices, from linens to refillable soap to steel cookware that can eventually be recycled. There are lovely and thoughtful little touches throughout, with pretty much every amenity one could need. Jourdan lives with her family right next door, and is always available if you need anything or have a question. She allows dogs, and has clear guidelines and policies to protect everyone. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. This will always be our number one choice for a place to stay when we visit Grand Marais.
